Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) is a Department of Defense organization. It is a staff group within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs (OASD/RA), which is in itself a part of the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Career Training Programs:

Our base in North Carolina has allowed us to work with the finest from the Army National Guard, US Army Reserves, Camp Lejeune, Pope AFB, Seymour-Johnson AFB, Fort Bragg, etc.

Although it is not required to meet with us in person, transitioning military come from Virginia to the Carolinas to meet with us in person in Raleigh, NC.
